Workshop on Efforts to Integrate Environmental Permits with PPLH Permits in the context of Simplifying Licensing in the Field of Environmental Protection and Management in Accordance with Law No.32 of 2009 Concerning Environmental Protection and Management, recommends the following: Encouraging efforts to merge and simplify licensing in the PPLH field. mandate of Law No.32 of 2009 Concerning Environmental Protection and Management, by integrating PPLH licensing at the central level into the Environmental Permit. Striving for a merging and simplifying licensing scheme through: Pre-filing and / or integration schemes for activities that are mandatory EIA; Pre-filing scheme for activities that are mandatory for the UKLUPL; the pre-filing and integration process is optional, highly dependent on the readiness of the initiator. The administration and evaluation process related to the merging and simplification of licensing, consists of an assessment of environmental documents (Amdal and UKLUPL) omission of the AMDAL assessor while the technical aspects of the request for PPLH Permit by the relevant technical units. Strive for the acceleration of the issuance of regulations related to changes in Environmental Permits whose mechanism considers reasons for changes in the underlying plan of activities.
