Testimonial on Environmental Management and Monitoring (SPPL) is a capability statement of responsible person of a business and/or activity to conduct environmental management and monitoring towards the environmental impact of its business and/or activity beside the business and/or activity that is obligatory to have EIA or UKL-UPL.
The basis regulation, which covers the filling of SPPL is Act No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management. The guideline for filling SPPL refers to Regulation of State Minister of Environment No. 16 of 2012 on the Guideline for Environmental Document Compilation, Appendix V.
