Implementation Report of Environmental Permit or formerly called as Implementation Report of Environmental Management Plan (RKL) and Environmental Monitoring Plan (RPL) is an obligation of environmental permit holder (Initiator) to report the implementation of environmental permit that is obtained.
The compilation of environmental permit reporting refers to Decree of State Minister of Environment No. 45 of 2005 on the Compilation Guideline for the Implementation of Environmental Management Plan (RKL) and Environmental Monitoring Plan (RPL).
